The insurgents will be back

A great article by a former professor of mine: John Duncan. His point, if I'm not terribly off, is that with the amount of resources that are being put into this mission, it can't come across as anything but an occupation. There just isn't enough. As that is the case, we have no reason to be in that country, if we aren't there for real change.
