Okay so this had to go up. It seems Toronto Police is not the only police force that is being accused of (an in fact proven to have used) brutality. Ottawa Police officers strip searched and jailed a woman half naked (Stacey Bonds), and apparently went around kicking individuals in their jail cells (Terry Arthur Delay). Check out these videos...
